Customers who make referrals will receive privileges under the following conditions:
- Ready-to-move-in project: The fee will be paid when the referred person completes the transfer of ownership of the condominium or land and building.
- Projects under construction: The fee will be paid when the referred person completes the signing of the contract.
Referral privileges vary between projects and unit types. The sales team will inform referrers about the privilege rate.
